What Experts Say

Very interesting findings

Kudos. Very interesting findings. That the very people, sales and marketing (of which I am one), are fewer than engineers came as a surprise. But then again, we are generally more social as a cultural unit before moving into this profession. I’ve been a remote worker for over 20 years. Hoping the after effects of covid on what constitutes work will have a more lasting effect. Of course I’m semi retired as of this week.

From strictly no remote to fully remote

My Delhi NCR based tech startup had founders very much against remote work before the lockdown in India. We were perhaps amongst the most unprepared of tech companies when it came to remote working. But we were able to transition very quickly to working remotely. We got a boost in productivity of the software development and IT infra teams. As a result our company's cofounders have decided to shift the company to a majorly remote firm.
