We provide freelance contracts to full-time freelancers across almost all of the web and mobile application development and design technologies.

We receive both full-time and part-time projects and also, sometimes projects where 5 hours/ week would suffice. So, according to your availability, we would match you with the projects.

Sure :) We can help you find projects that need part-time bandwidth and can be managed around your commitment as a full-time employee.

Our clients mostly look for individual independent freelancers. So, this type of engagement wouldn't be possible. Though, all the developers can enroll as individual freelancers and work on the projects of their choice.

We do our best to match all freelancers with relevant projects as soon as we have them onboard to our community. Though, there is no surety of us being able to get you a project immediately.

Not from our end if you're done with your one-time onboarding process. However, from the client's end, it will differ from one client to another. And, you can get those details in the 'Hiring process' section of a project in your dashboard. 

No, we do not charge our community members for our services.

We primarily follow a time-based compensation model, either weekly or monthly. However, we might follow other compensation models also which varies from project to project. And, all the payments are made by us to you.

At Flexiple, we let you fix the hourly rates for the projects you work on.

 The hourly rate is fixed on the basis of,

1. The expertise, experience, and geography.
2. The salary received in the previous role. A 20% hike for long-term projects & a 30% hike for short-term projects from the previous salary should be fine.

We start the project only after finalizing the hourly rate according to the freelancer's skillsets and comfort and that remains the same throughout the engagement. So, increasing the rates wouldn't be possible till at least we cross a substantial time interval. Though, we would be discussing hourly fees separately for all subsequent projects.

We follow a robust process to curate our clients and to ensure that your experience is the best. However, we also hold a corrective measure - We provide a 100% payment guarantee once work starts by protecting payments for you so that you get them even if the client does not pay you :)

For Indians, we deduct tax as per section 194J.

 We use Deel platform as the pay-out method for foreigners (outside of India) which gives the flexibility to withdraw the amount using wire transfers, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Revolut, Coinbase. We also use Quidli platform only in case any of our freelancer’s resident country doesn’t support DTAA with India. The additional transactional charges are wholly borne by us :)

For Indians, we use NEFT as our standard pay-out method.

We are liable to pay the 18% GST.

Yes, you can work on projects from other sources after joining our community.

There isn't any such procedure. We just need you to let us know so we can stop reaching out to you for freelance projects.

All freelancers have their own work setup and we don't provide laptops for work.
